Target group: Employees who need to be aware of the purpose and content of the OHS ACT No 85 of 1993.

- Recognizing Attitudes
- Understanding terminology - Health, Safety & Environment
- Legislation - a brief summary of the OHS Act
- Responsibilities of the employer and the employee
- Impact of attitudes on SH&E in the workplace - unsafe acts and unsafe conditions
- Promotion of SH&E in the workplace - a practical session on identifying and reporting
- Fire safety in industries - recognizing and awareness of hazards
- Compiling a health & safety policy
The course is very practical. The delegates are divided into groups and through brainstorming, contribute to the flow of the presentation.
