- The members of DYNAMIKOS TRAINING NETWORK CC are Wilna van der Walt, Marelise Krige and Jolene Schoeman. All members are actively involved in the day to day management of the company. With one exception, all our facilitators are also women and represent our country's cultural diversity.
- DYNAMIKOS TRAINING NETWORK CC is an Exempted Micro Enterprise and a Level 4 Black Economic Contributor.

Wilna van der Walt (Partner and Product Manager)
Experience: Senior management position for 8 years in a national first aid organization, 25 years experience in the field of First Aid Training and Sports Injuries.
Qualifications: BAA, BA Degree and Diploma in Teaching, Business Management, Assessor for the HW SETA and member of the SGB for Health & Safety (Medical Task Team).
Wilna says: "I regard the update and quality management of our manuals and trainers as my prime focus. This means that I spend many hours researching and reviewing training methods to make sure the learning experience at Dynamikos is enjoyable and that our learners leave motivated and equipped to cope with challenges in the workplace and everyday life."

Marelise Krige (Partner and Operations & Financial Manager)
Experience: 7 years teaching experience and 5 years as a course co-ordinator. 3 years experience in Client Relations, Finance, Human Resources, and Marketing.
Qualifications: BA Degree in Xhosa and Psychology, First Aid Level 3, Train the Trainer.
Marelise says: "Since the birth of Dynamikos in April 2005, I have learnt that building a group of loyal and dynamic team players around you, is one of the most critical elements in achieving success in a business. Jolene Schoeman (Partner and Sales & Marketing Manager)
Experience: 10 years management and marketing experience in the tourism and hotel industry. 2 years experience owning and managing her own business.
Qualifications: National Diploma in Tourism Development & Marketing.
Jolene says: "I am very excited to join the Dynamikos Team as the partner responsible for Sales and Marketing. Working with people that share a work ethic and personal values is such a rarity that when the opportunity presents itself you should grab it with both hands. I am privileged to be in such a situation, which will make it easy to do what I am here for: Looking after existing clients, meeting potential clients and forging long lasting relationships that will be beneficial to everyone involved." |

| PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT: |

Training is a dynamic activity and the facilitation process and the manual / course notes need constant revision. We value input and suggestions from our facilitators and use it to improve the courses we offer. Our manual is reviewed every year. We aim to provide a manual that is easy to understand and training that follows a logical sequence.

| OUR TRAINING CAPACITY: |

- 8 Qualified facilitators – minimum BAA level (permanent and freelance)
- Training can be presented in Afrikaans, English and Xhosa
- Course Material is available in English & Afrikaans
- 50 Manikins. To ensure high quality of training, we provide 1 facilitator per 15 learners and 1 manikin per 3 learners.
